From articles that I have seen recently, due to limitations in the availability of the displays, which is likely to run in to 2018, only one of the new models are likely to have an OLED display. That said, there is still time for things to change so I'm sure we'll get more news around this.

Following reports that Apple will be releasing 3 new iPhone models next year, there are now some reports that they may not all have the biggest new feature publicised so far, OLED displays.
